The hotel offered a variety of amenities, such as a pool, steam room, chilled pool, and Jacuzzi. These facilities were a great addition to our stay. The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was situated near the market. It was just a short 5-minute walk to reach the market area.- One of the best aspects of the hotel was the peacefulness despite being located near the market. It was nice to have a quiet and serene environment during our stay.

We faced issues with staff availability and had to call multiple times just to get water. The cleanliness of the room was not up to the mark.

During our Christmas break, we had a great stay at a hotel in Mahabaleshwar. the rooms were clean and spacious, with basic amenities like hot water and room service. the location was perfect as it was just a short walk away from the market and had a beautiful lake nearby. the food was definitely the best aspect of the hotel, with a wide variety of delicious veg dishes to choose from.

The hotel's location is excellent, being very close to the market. it is in close proximity to Mahabaleshwar market, making it convenient to explore and shop. the rooms, though old, are average and offer a comfortable stay. the buffet breakfast is superb, offering a variety of options. the restaurant staff provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

There were some issues with the service, such as slow response times and uncooperative staff, which could be improved.
